Everything you need to know about setting up your subdomain, configuring DNS records, and hosting your applications.

Quick Start: Connect to Vercel

  1. 1

    Add domain in Vercel

Go to your Vercel project settings → Domains. Type in your full subdomain (e.g., app.yourname.diu.my.id) and add it.

  2. 2

    Copy the CNAME record

Vercel will ask you to configure a CNAME record pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com.

  3. 3

    Add to DNS Dashboard

Log in here, go to your Subdomain Dashboard, add a new DNS record. Type = CNAME, Name = app (or @ for root), Target = cname.vercel-dns.com. Make sure proxy status is DNS Only.
